Hotel guests
Name, contacts, stay dates, room preferences and guest registration data required by law for temporary accommodation. CCTV only in entrances and common areas, with signs; recordings — up to 30 days.
Travel agency clients
Travellers' names, contacts, dates of birth and document details needed by tour operators, carriers and hotels — passed only to them for your booking.
Electricity customers
For transmission and distribution of electricity: customer contacts, connection points, meter readings and settlements; exchanged with energy market bodies where regulation requires.
Repair and rental
For repair of electronic, optical and electrical equipment: owner's contacts, serial numbers and work orders. For rental of premises: tenant contacts and leases.
Freight and wholesale
For road freight and wholesale: representatives' contacts, contracts, waybills, drivers' names and vehicle numbers.
Sharing and retention
